QuitNicPouches

Setup guide

Get Started With QuitNicPouches

Set up the app with a current baseline and one clear quit route. You can change your plan as your situation changes.

Direct answer: Start by recording your pouch brand, strength, usual daily count, timing, and common triggers. Then choose cold turkey, soft taper, structured taper, a practice quit window, or maintenance.

Use these steps

  1. Record your baseline

Enter the pattern you use now. Use a normal recent day. Do not enter a target as if it were your current use.

  2. Choose a plan mode

Select the mode that matches the action you want to track. The app organizes your plan. It does not select a medical treatment.

  3. Prepare your first support step

Keep Craving-SOS ready, note one frequent trigger, and choose a simple response such as delay, water, movement, or a change of place.

  4. Review and adjust

Use your logs to review pouch count, cravings, triggers, symptoms, savings, and slips. Change the plan when the recorded pattern shows that a different step is useful.

What is free?

Craving-SOS, non-medical safety support, quick logs, and check-ins are available without Premium. Premium adds the full daily plan, adaptive taper settings, longer history, exports, personal insights, and advanced progress review.

What should I read next?

Read how the plan modes work. If cravings are the main problem, read the Craving-SOS instructions. For general quitting information, use the step-by-step quit guide.
